Obituary of Margaret C. Schimpf

It is with deep sadness that we report the passing of Margaret Schimpf. Maggie passed peacefully Saturday, March 20 after a brief fight with cancer complicated by her chronic illnesses. She was 83 years old. Maggie accomplished many things in her life. She was a devoted mother and wife. She had two wonderful careers - first as an occupational therapist and then as a realtor. She painted throughout her life  and took up writing later in her life. She is survived by her daughter Phoebe and son-in-law Evan, her son Rich, stepdaughter Sue, and her beloved granddaughter Addie. In every circle, Maggie was remembered as a bright and vivacious person with a quick wit and keen eye. We miss her very, very much.
