Obituary of Henry E. Wyluda

Henry Edward Wyluda, 93 died Sunday, February 12, 2023 at his home.

He was born February 25, 1929 in the Borough of Shenandoah, Pennsylvania, the son of the late Edward and Felicia (Danowski) Wyluda.  His parents immigrated from Poland to the United States and encouraged their children to value education and patriotism of their country.  Henry completed his early education at Saint Casimir’s parochial school and at J.W. Cooper High School in Shenandoah.  He earned a Bachelor's degree at Fordham College in New York City and at a later date a Juris Doctor degree at Fordham University of Law.

Henry was a child of the Great Depression.  He kept to himself the hardships experienced by his family and strove for a better life ahead.  After high school he did retailing and clerical work and took evening courses.  Shortly thereafter he was called into military service.  He was an Army veteran of the Korean War serving eleven months in Korea in a legal capacity.  After college while working as a labor market and occupational analyst, he also completed law school in the evening and was a Deputy Counsel with a NYS agency.

Henry was the last of five surviving siblings.  He leaves his wife Constance (Kieras) Wyluda; a son Edward J. Wyluda, DO, his wife Katie (Reale) and their three children, Charlie, Teddy and Callie, all of East Sandwich, Cape Cod, MA.  He also leaves a son John H. Wyluda, CIH and his significant partner, Sean Beeghly, both residing in Pittsburgh, PA; and four nieces.
