Hank & Eleanor are among the finest of Athens, NY. Meeting them at St. Patrick's Parrish was the beginning of a wonderful friendship of over 35 years. Learned many things from him. Recruited me to Columbia Greene Catholic Charities, Parrish duties & functions. We have missed not seeing him the last few years. A wonderful, caring person. Michael & Anne Pirrone

Hank was the first person we met when we bought our home away from home. Over the years our dog made their house the first stop in any walk and to this day he still tries to pull me down the walkway. He was extremely generous and wanted me to swim off his dock……however, he wanted my husband to watch over me rather than being alone but he jumped in by himself every day well into his nineties. His energy had no boundaries. As the years went by he and Eleanor spent most of the time in their home and I enjoyed our visits whereby they filled us in all about their family. They were truly blessed by their loving family and Bill and I agree that we were also blessed in knowing them. He is missed but the memories live on. Arlene and Bill Ryan
