Obituary of Douglas R. Parker

DELMAR – Douglas R. Parker, of Delmar, N.Y, passed away November 23, 2018. Born in Albany he was the son of Elaine Richey Parker and the late Russell L. Parker. He is also survived by sister Debra Parker Weldon (David), several nieces and nephews and girlfriend, Daryl Didia. Doug's life was all about music. He operated Class Axe Guitars repairing and refurbishing guitars. He was a well-known luthier in the area and played in several local bands. Relatives and friends may call from 12 to 1:30 pm on Saturday, December 1 at Applebee Funeral Home, 403 Kenwood Ave., Delmar.
